Tracey is the Founder and Managing Director of Gordian Global Solutions. Tracey has a proven track record in strategy development, problem resolution and leading major transformation programs across large diverse businesses. Her clients have included major financial institutions, government departments, along with businesses within the Utilities and Health sector.

Tracey specialises in dealing with complexity and ambiguity to develop leading edge solutions that are workable and sustainable. She brings a dynamic and integrated approach to her work. Tracey has extensive senior management experience in Consultancy as well as Financial Services, both national and international. Her background has included leading large scale business transformation, change management and program governance.

Tracey has a strong Six Sigma and Lean background, along with cultural and change management experience.

Tracey's qualifications include a Diploma in Banking and Business, Six Sigma Black Belt, Advanced Diploma in Metaphysics, Diploma in Energy Healing, Advanced Diploma in Energtic & Informational Medicine and she is an accredited Executive Coach and NLP Master Practitioner.

Tracey is a Senior Associate of EIMA and FIN.
